I'm done with this!

Understanding when your dog is finished is just as important as knowing when your dog is still working with the remedies.

If your dog turns away, moves the head head away do not follow him. Give him a minute to see if he still wants it but perhaps a milder dose.

If he walks away, watch to see is he going to the other side of the room to process it? What does he do. Does he go to the door to sniff under it? Perhaps he needs to relieve himself or maybe he needs fresh air. If he leaves the room completely, put the lid back on when he walks away. He may be done, if he wants more he will come back for it.

It takes time to gauge each individual dog but it is important not to persist and flood the room. If in doubt close the lid and observe. They will guide you.
